Looking for house mate. Yes house not apartment. 2 story with 3rd story balcony. Located within 7 min walk of Yotsuya or Akebonobashi. Fully furnished. Month to month but prefer long term so you need to have a working visa and not work from home. Clean living. Non smoking environment. I will be traveling a lot so you could he here alone quite a bit of the time once summer finishes. Please apply with a proper introduction. Total Rent is 150,000 per month so we will share that 75,000 plus utilities Internet etc which range from 20,000 to 35,000 depending on the month) if I’m gone an most of the month the utilities will be prorated so you could be held for 100% responsibility of water gas and electric if ik not here (excluding Internet which I will pay). We share cleaning. The house must be vacuumed once a week (takes 15-20 mins) and floors quickly swept daily (less than 3 mins) it’s not much to ask.
